　　青苗的升學(xué)體系總共分為四大板塊，從團(tuán)隊(duì)式支持到個(gè)別化指導(dǎo)，從前期規(guī)劃到申請準(zhǔn)備，從內(nèi)部課程到外部資源，環(huán)環(huán)相扣，詳盡細(xì)膩，全程為青苗學(xué)子的大學(xué)之路穩(wěn)穩(wěn)護(hù)航。

　　BEANSTALK's college applying support system is divided into four main sections, from team support to individualized guidance, from pre-planning to application preparation, from internal courses to external resources, which are all interlinked and detailed, escorting BEANSTALK's students on their way to college.

　　板塊一：申請季支持

　　在每年的大學(xué)申請季中，青苗升學(xué)指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)的老師們“承包”了學(xué)生在申請環(huán)節(jié)里的所有工作，包括：選校定校、申請表格填寫、留學(xué)文案撰寫、申請材料準(zhǔn)備等等。

　　板塊二：個(gè)性化升學(xué)指導(dǎo)咨詢

　　青苗為所有的在校學(xué)生配備了一對一指導(dǎo)老師。在每學(xué)期的開學(xué)和結(jié)束，指導(dǎo)老師基于學(xué)生自身的課程學(xué)習(xí)情況、性格特點(diǎn)與愛好特長，評估學(xué)生的綜合學(xué)術(shù)實(shí)力，為學(xué)生量身定制利于學(xué)生發(fā)展需求的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃、考試計(jì)劃、背景提升計(jì)劃、選校計(jì)劃與生涯規(guī)劃。例如，對9年級與10年級的學(xué)生，咨詢內(nèi)容以選課為主，對11年級與12年級的學(xué)生，咨詢內(nèi)容以選校為主。

　　除了固定的一對一咨詢，升學(xué)指導(dǎo)老師也接受日常預(yù)約咨詢，隨時(shí)隨地響應(yīng)學(xué)生與家長朋友們在升學(xué)方面的需求。

　　板塊三：升學(xué)指導(dǎo)課程

　　面向6年級至9年級的學(xué)生，青苗開設(shè)了專門的升學(xué)指導(dǎo)課程，包括大學(xué)申請流程介紹、專業(yè)概況介紹、升學(xué)趨勢分析及國外風(fēng)土人情分享等等。通過系列的升學(xué)指導(dǎo)課程，學(xué)生能夠打開視野，放眼全球，留足充分的時(shí)間去摸索自己感興趣的領(lǐng)域及專業(yè)，提前規(guī)劃好大學(xué)申請的目標(biāo)，并帶著目標(biāo)去強(qiáng)化自己的學(xué)術(shù)背景與綜合素養(yǎng)，提升申請的成功率。

　　板塊四：提供校內(nèi)外背景提升平臺(tái)

　　首先，在校內(nèi)開設(shè)豐富多樣的課外課，為學(xué)生提供長期、穩(wěn)定的校內(nèi)活動(dòng)平臺(tái)支持。除此以外，青苗為學(xué)生們鏈接了豐富的外部資源，包括青苗集團(tuán)總部支持、校外科研實(shí)習(xí)平臺(tái)支持、國際競賽支持、大學(xué)招生官進(jìn)校講座、大學(xué)巡展等等。

　　Application Support

　　During the college application season every year, the teachers of the BEANSTALK Supporting Team "take over" all the work of the students in the application process, including: selecting schools, filling out application forms, writing essays, etc. The Team is also responsible for the preparation of the application documents.

　　Section 2:

　　Personalized Consultation

　　All students at BEANSTALK are provided with one-on-one guidance counselors. At the beginning and end of each semester, the counselor assesses the student's overall academic strength based on the student's courses, personality traits and hobbies, and customizes a study plan, test plan, background improvement plan, school selection plan and career plan for the student to meet his/her developmental needs.

　　In addition to regular one-on-one counseling, the counselors also accept daily appointments to respond to the needs of students and parents relating to higher education.

　　Section 3:

　　College Guidance Courses

　　For students from grade 6 to grade 9, BEANSTALK provides special college guidance courses, including introduction of college application process, introduction of majors, trends, and foreign customs. Through these courses, students can open their horizons, have enough time to explore majors they are interested in, plan their college application goals in advance, and strengthen their academic backgrounds and comprehensive qualities with their goals, so as to enhance the success rate of their applications.

　　Section 4: On and off campus platforms for background enhancement

　　Firstly, BEANSTALK provides students with rich and diversified ASA programs on campus, ensuring a long-term and stable platform to support students' school activities. In addition to this, BEANSTALK links students to a wealth of external resources, including resources from the BEANSTALK Group headquarters, from the off-campus research and internship platforms, from international competitions, and in-school lectures by college admissions officers, college tours, and more.

　　學(xué)術(shù)探索、積累階段

　　這個(gè)階段是青苗學(xué)子的“原始積累”階段。在這段時(shí)間，青苗鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生體驗(yàn)、探索不同的學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域，嘗試各種各樣的活動(dòng)，探索自己擅長、喜愛的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域，打好學(xué)術(shù)功底，尤其是英語基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)通過一對一咨詢幫助家長選擇各種平臺(tái)與活動(dòng)，包括ASA、校外競賽等等。

　　沉淀階段

　　鑒于一些大學(xué)的申請中對G9以后的成績更加重視，G9便成為青苗學(xué)子的重要時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)。在這個(gè)階段，學(xué)生基本上已確定未來發(fā)展的領(lǐng)域，開始沉淀下來，努力在MYP和IGCSE的課程中取得好成績。

　　申請準(zhǔn)備階段

　　在這個(gè)階段，青苗學(xué)子逐步開始大學(xué)申請的準(zhǔn)備工作，按照各大學(xué)的要求做針對性的突破。

　　在語言板塊，青苗幫助學(xué)生制定逐年計(jì)劃，參加相應(yīng)的語言考試。

　　在學(xué)術(shù)板塊，青苗指導(dǎo)學(xué)生進(jìn)行A-level、 AP 和IB的選擇，幫助學(xué)生結(jié)合大學(xué)要求制定針對性的選課計(jì)劃。

　　申請沖刺階段

　　G12是青苗學(xué)子的最終沖刺階段。這一年，青苗的升學(xué)指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)與學(xué)生一起，著手準(zhǔn)備大學(xué)申請的所有事宜，直到申請流程完畢。
