　　成為閔行區(qū)唯一獲此殊榮的學(xué)校!

　　此次榮獲全國柔道特色學(xué)校

　　是對我校極大的一個鞭策和鼓勵。

　　The Chinese Judo Association has publicized the list of schools with national Judo characteristics to the society. Living Word Shanghai Bilingual School has become the only school in Minhang District that has won this honor! The award of the National Judo Characteristic School is a great encouragement to our school.

　　柔道較重要的就是“道”，推崇“禮始禮終”，

　　貫穿禮儀、感恩、忍耐、克己、

　　百折不撓的根本宗旨。

　　此外，孩子在柔道練習(xí)過程中，

　　還能提升大腦協(xié)調(diào)性，開啟智力。

　　是一種以摔法和地面技為主的格斗術(shù)，

　　是典型的東方武術(shù)，

　　綜合了中國、日本的武學(xué)精髓。

　　柔道的基本理念是

　　“精力善用、自他共榮”

　　(善用技巧，與人共榮)，

　　其真髄在于“柔能制剛、剛能斷柔”。

　　Judo is a kind of wrestling and ground fighting skills. It is a typical oriental martial art, which combines the essence of Chinese and Japanese martial arts.The basic idea of judo is "to make good use of energy and to prosper with others." The real feature of judo lies in "flexibility conquers rigidity, and rigidity breaks flexibility."

　　柔道，

　　它不是單純的勝利至上主義，

　　而是把精神鍛煉作為目的。

　　校園柔道是師生之間的行禮、

　　搭檔之間的行禮，

　　都體現(xiàn)著濃厚的禮儀文化。

　　這不僅是一門體育課程，

　　更是一門潛在的禮儀修養(yǎng)課程。

　　它能幫助青少年強身健體，培養(yǎng)意志品質(zhì)，

　　同時也感受到堅強拼搏、團結(jié)協(xié)助、

　　謙虛禮讓的柔道品質(zhì)。

　　It is not purely victorious supre macism, but takes spiritual exercise as its purpose.The etiquette between teachers and students and between partners in campus judo embodies a strong etiquette culture. This is not only a physical education course, but also a potential etiquette course. 　　柔道的精神與奧林匹克精神相輔相成，

　　和平、友誼、進步的同時又具備了

　　自信、自尊、自強禮儀等條件。

　　孩子們出入道場的禮節(jié)、練習(xí)中的規(guī)矩，

　　潛意識養(yǎng)成孩子守規(guī)矩的習(xí)慣;

　　開始前和結(jié)束后的禮節(jié)，

　　同樣是潛意識的影響，

　　開始在道場之內(nèi)養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣之后

　　可能會有助于孩子不自覺的在道場之外

　　拿出與人自信溝通的勇氣。

　　上海美高成立以來一直注重體育教育，

　　除了皇馬足球基地外，

　　柔道也將作為學(xué)校重點培養(yǎng)項目之一，

　　學(xué)校在全校學(xué)生中普及了柔道知識，

　　還在日常課程中開設(shè)了柔道課，

　　組織了學(xué)校柔道社團，

　　孩子們在專業(yè)教練的精心訓(xùn)練下

　　感受柔道的無窮魅力。
