　　美高學(xué)子在Lindy老師的指導(dǎo)下，出征2022澳大利亞初級(jí)科學(xué)測(cè)評(píng)。

　　Under the guidance of Lindy, the students of LWS competed in the 2022 Junior Science Olympiad Exam (JSOE).

　　此次，美高學(xué)子不負(fù)眾望，在比賽中表現(xiàn)沉著冷靜，展示了扎實(shí)的知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)!知識(shí)點(diǎn)超出了同年級(jí)的學(xué)習(xí)范疇，主要以高中知識(shí)為主，對(duì)于初中學(xué)生而言是很困難的。

　　This time, LWS students lived up to expectations, winning awards, and showing a solid foundation of knowledge in the competition. Most of the knowledge or skills used in this competition are at high school level. It's difficult for a junior school student to won a prize in this competition.

　　Congratulations again to the students who won. May you continue to succeed and bring honor as a LWS student!

　　We have a high level of science faculty team, they have excellent academic strength, with a love of scientific research. 　　澳大利亞初級(jí)科學(xué)測(cè)評(píng) (Junior Science Olympiad Exam, JSOE) 由澳大利亞科學(xué)創(chuàng)新學(xué)會(huì)(Australian Science Innovation, ASI) 主辦。ASI總部設(shè)在澳大利亞國(guó)立大學(xué)，同時(shí)也是澳大利亞物理、化學(xué)、生物奧林匹克活動(dòng)的主辦方，每年選擇選拔和培訓(xùn)澳大利亞國(guó)家隊(duì)參加世界物理、化學(xué)、生物奧林匹克活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。澳大利亞初級(jí)科學(xué)奧林匹克活動(dòng)注重通過(guò)活動(dòng)的形式來(lái)測(cè)試學(xué)生在生物、物理、化學(xué)以及地球與環(huán)境等學(xué)科中解決難題和批判性思維的能力。
